Custom Corian® Washbasins in Cologne – Durable Design Meets Dark Elegance
As an experienced carpentry shop and authorized fabricator of the high-quality solid surface material Corian®, we recently had the pleasure of realizing an exciting project for a major client in Cologne. The focus was on the manufacturing and installation of a small series of custom-made washbasins that were to seamlessly integrate into a modern, dark color concept.

From Old to New – Professional Disassembly and Disposal
In the first step, we professionally removed and disposed of the existing washbasins.
The removal of the old washbasins was carried out efficiently, quickly, and with great care by our experienced team. Despite the tight schedule, protecting the existing structure was a top priority – which we achieved to the complete satisfaction of our client, despite the difficult conditions presented by the recesses.
The replacement also took place during ongoing operations. To ensure that enough washbasins were available for the employees working on site at all times, precise coordination of the installation dates was essential. Thanks to proactive planning, we were able to react flexibly to short-term available time slots that arose from our client's commercial tenants.
The challenge lay not only in the precise integration of new elements but also in the selection of a material that would meet our client's aesthetic and functional demands in the long term.

… and securely packed for transport to nearby Cologne.

Together with the client, we therefore consulted intensively and found a solution that perfectly combines design and everyday usability: Corian® in the color "Deep Storm".

Thanks to the textured surface, smaller scratches are significantly less visible, making the washbasins not only visually appealing but also easy to maintain and durable.
